To create your personalised mat all we need is a high resolution photo of at least 150 DPI to 300 DPI that you can upload*.
*DPI stands for Dots Per Inch, and is used to describe the resolution number of dots per inch in a digital print. For us to produce the best quality printing, we need your photo to be at least 150 DPI.
Rest assured we will contact you if we think your uploaded photo is not of a high enough resolution. If you are having trouble uploading your photo, don’t panic! Just add the product to your cart without uploading the image, checkout and pay and then email your photo to us and let us know your corresponding order number.
We will then prepare your proof and send it back to your for approval within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
