Usage:
We do not recommend PVC backed coir for outdoor use. In situations where it is likely to get very wet, the PVC backing prevents the water running away.
Normal indoor use where the mat becomes wet from shoes and umbrellas etc is absolutely fine, and is what this matting is designed for, but we do not recommend it being left outside to the elements.
p>Our personalised doormats are designed to be used indoors only, where they will be protected from the elements. This will ensure that they last as long as possible. Printing can wear away if exposed to the elements, hence if this will be the case, do go for our All Weather Personalised Mat.If you need an unusual shaped mat (other than a square or rectangle) then please contact us. before placing an order.
As PVC Backed Coir Matting is cut straight from a roll it has an unfinished edge, therefore, if it is stepped on too often the edge will bend and and shed. For best protection and use PVC Backed Coir should be installed in a matwell / recess or in confined areas where the edges are protected.

Our Family Name PVC Printed Doormat are printed every Wednesday and will be despatched the next working day.
We send all our orders via DHL and you will receive a tracking email from us by 5pm on the day of despatch.
We ask that you provide a mobile number with your delivery address. We pass this number over to DHL as they will text you with a time slot of when your order should be delivered. If you do not provide us with a mobile number an email shall be sent instead.
At the point of placing your order, you can state a safe place to leave your order if you are out, or you can opt to leave it with a neighbour.
Within the DHL text or email providing your timeslot, there is the option to rearrange delivery or have it sent to a service point to be collected from there.
