Maintenance
Maintaining your dog doormat is key to ensuring it remains a charming addition to your home. Regular shaking or vacuuming of the mat is recommended to keep it free from dirt and debris. If the mat gets very muddy then just wait for the mud to dry then brush it off. As all our printed mats are surface printed make sure you do not brush the printing too hard as this will brush off the print. Please note, that these mats are best suited for indoor use to prolong their lifespan. They should be kept dry to maintain their structure and appearance.

Our Dog Doormats are printed here in our UK workshop in Lincoln. We currently print all our mats on a Wednesday they then need some time to dry before despatching them, this is usually the next working day.
We send all our orders via DHL and you will receive a tracking email from us by 5pm on the day of despatch. We ask that you provide a mobile number with your delivery address. We pass this number over to DHL as they will text you with a time slot of when your order should be delivered. If you do not provide us with a mobile number an email shall be sent instead.
At the point of placing your order, you can state a safe place to leave your order if you are out, or you can opt to leave it with a neighbour.
Within the DHL text or email providing your timeslot, there is the option to rearrange delivery or have it sent to a service point to be collected from there.
